LG Canada Consumer Complaint
My experience today with a LG Canada Customer Service Representative as well as their Supervisor was the worst I have EVER experienced. A very condescending attitude and negligible accountability for their products. I have in the last 1/2 hour of that call, contacted 2 friends to take LG off their kitchen renovation plans; which they have. I will continue to advise NOT to purchase LG to our friends and business contacts. As a Customer Service/Sales professional myself, I was extremely disappointed to learn how unimportant the Customers' experience is to LG Canada. More...
